We aim to deliver our goods as quickly as we can (normally within 10 working days), We will notify you by e-mail if there are any problems, or in the unlikely event of any item being permanently unavailable.
All prices quoted are in UK pounds (GBP) you pay exactly what you see - no additional VAT is added on top of our prices!
Please note that at the moment we can ONLY accept orders from customers inside the UK. If you have a UK Credit card to use for payment, and you require delivery elsewhere in the world, you can contact us we'll do our best to help you out!
All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail, or by courier, any tracking information will be provided at time of dispatch. For added security, all deliveries will need to be signed for upon receipt!
At some of our customers' request we have added Special Delivery to our shipping options. Now that the Royal Mail are no longer striking, this option provides a very quick and cost effective way of shipping in stock goods to you on time for any occasion. Please keep in mind that Special Delivery items guaranteed to be delivered on the next WORKING day after despatch (provided the items are in stock at time of order!). Our cut off time for same day despatch is 12 noon. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us beforehand to arrange it (at an extra charge)
We want to ensure that all orders are sent out within a reasonable amount of time. Currently we quote a delivery time of max. 14 working days from the time the order is placed. This is because most our products are sourced from abroad (USA or Europe) and we may not have every single size in our warehouse at any given point of time. So when you place an order, it is possible that we have it on back order in which case it takes a few days to arrive. If you need an item urgently, we advise that you contact us before placing the order, so we can find out for you exactly how long it would take for you to get your order!
When starting up this venture, we decided to take a slightly different approach than for our other site - www.AlterEgoUK.com which features only in stock items. We have access to over 2000 different items which are held in stock either at the manufacturer's warehouse abroad or at the official distributors in the UK. This means that we can offer a huge variety to our customers which otherwise in this current economic climate would have been impossible. We have made a conscious decision not to stock every item in every size ourselves, because the associated costs would be prohibitive and we would have had to settle for a much smaller selection. That being said, a large selection of items across all categories is kept in stock by us or our partners. However not necessarily in all colours / sizes. This means we do NOT offer same day dispatch on everything we sell, but we might be able to offer flexible solutions or alternative products if you would like to get your order quickly. Please note that for hygiene concerns we do NOT accept returns on intimates (unless they are faulty) - this includes: panties, swimwear (including entire swimsuits). If they came as part of a set, we cannot accept a return on the entire set. This does not affect your statutory rights.
